We ship our products within the Netherlands. Orders are shipped within two business days via PostNL. Depending on how busy we are, you can expect your ordered items to arrive within 1 to 2 business days (in the Netherlands) after shipping.

 

Orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped when all items in the order are in stock.

 

Delivery address

It's important that you provide the correct and complete delivery address with your order. If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package cannot be delivered. In that case, you will be charged the cost of resending the order to the correct address.

 

Postage costs

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped in sturdy packaging. We ask for a contribution towards shipping costs for orders under €75:

• Letterbox parcel up to 2 kg: €5

• Parcel post: €7

• Free shipping on orders of €75 and above.

 

When we send your order as a letterbox package or parcel post, you will receive a track & trace number from us, which you can use to track your package.

Items may be returned within 14 days without giving any reason.

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us directly at klantenservice@papiermonsters.nl (please include your order number). We will then provide you with clear return instructions.

 

Products returned without prior notification by email, or where the 14-day return period has expired, will not be processed.

 

The return shipment must be accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip and properly packaged. Shipping is at your own expense and risk.

 

We will refund the order amount, provided the items have been returned in good order.
